Refund & Return Policy

At Lunette Jewel India, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our refund and return policy carefully.

1. Return Eligibility

• Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
• Items damaged due to misuse, wear and tear, or water damage are not eligible for return

2. How to Request a Return

Email us at lunettejewelindia@gmail.com with:

• Your order number
• A photo of the product
• Reason for return

Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions.

3. Refund Process

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you
• Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days
• Refunds will be credited to your original payment method or as store credit
• COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer or UPI

4. Non-Returnable Items

• Items showing signs of use or damage
• Items without original packaging
• Customised or personalised items
• Sale or heavily discounted items (unless defective)

5. Defective or Wrong Items

If you received a defective or wrong item, we will replace it or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
