SHIPPING POLICY
At Lunette Jewel India, we aim to deliver your jewellery safely and as quickly as possible with our delivery partner Messho. Please read our shipping policy below to understand how we handle your orders.
ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 3-4 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
SHIPPING TIME
Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 6-8 business days depending on your location. Delivery to metro cities like Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, and Pune may be faster compared to remote or rural areas as we have collaborated with Messho.
SHIPPING CHARGES
We offer free shipping on all orders across India. No minimum order value is required to avail free shipping.
WRONG ADDRESS
Please make sure your delivery address is correct and complete at the time of placing the order. Lunette Jewel India is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your address, contact us immediately at lunettejewelindia@gmail.com before the order is dispatched.
FAILED DELIVERY
If a delivery attempt fails due to the customer being unavailable or an incorrect address, the courier partner may attempt redelivery. If the package is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply in such cases.
DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If your order arrives damaged, please take photos or a video immediately upon opening the package and contact us at lunettejewelindia@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
CASH ON DELIVERY
We currently do offer Cash on Delivery. Online payment can also be payable by you.
