RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Lunette Jewel India, we want you to love every piece you receive. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order.

ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged or defective item
  • A wrong item was delivered
  • The item is significantly different from what was shown on the website
  • The item is unused and in its original packaging with all tags intact

NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN

  • Return request is raised after 3 days of delivery
  • The item has been used, worn, or altered
  • The item is missing its original packaging or tags
  • Damage caused due to misuse or mishandling by the customer

HOW TO RAISE A RETURN REQUEST

  1. Contact us within 3 days of delivery at lunettejewelindia@gmail.com
  2. Share your order number and reason for return
  3. Attach clear photos or a video of the item showing the issue
  4. Our team will review and respond within 1–2 business days
  5. Once approved, we will arrange a free pickup from your address at no extra cost

REFUND & EXCHANGE PROCESS Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method. For exchanges, the replacement item will be dispatched after the return is received at our end.

RETURN SHIPPING We cover all return shipping charges. You do not need to pay anything extra.
