Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

2. Delivery Time

Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata): 4–6 business days
Other cities and towns: 6–10 business days
Remote areas: Up to 14 business days

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly shown at checkout before you complete your order.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this to track your order on the courier's website.

5. Failed Delivery

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, the courier will attempt redelivery. After 2 failed attempts, the order may be returned to us. In such cases, re-shipping charges will apply.
