All products listed on this store are not made of real gold, silver, diamonds, or any precious metals or gemstones unless explicitly stated. Our jewellery is made of materials such as brass, copper, alloy, acrylic, artificial stones, and similar fashion-grade materials.

We are a fashion accessories brand, not a jewellery store selling precious or fine jewellery. Customers are advised to read product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

2. Orders and Payments

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR)
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and UPI payments
Orders are confirmed only after successful payment or COD confirmation

3. Shipping Policy

Orders are dispatched within 2–5 business days
Delivery typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your location
Shipping charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout

4. Returns and Refunds

We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery
Products must be unused and in original packaging
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after receiving the returned product
We do not accept returns for items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear

Do not wear while swimming or bathing
Fashion jewellery may tarnish over time — this is normal for non-precious materials

Lunette Jewel India shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
